Mole Valley Girls FC is a female-only football club, catering for women and girls of all abilities from age 4 upwards. Youth teams compete in the Surrey County Women and Girls League, whilst the 11-a-side women’s team compete in the South East Counties Women’s Football League. We boast a recreational women’s squad who take part in a flexi-league.
We encourage as many girls as possible to play football and welcome anyone to come down and take part in our Friday training sessions, just let us know if you intend to come along.
Our coaches provide taster training sessions, we are the regional all-girls Wildcats centre, and we run the Dorking Primary Schools’ girls’ tournament.
We don’t just care about girls playing football, we want to see more females in all areas of football. We encourage and support our older players to gain coaching skills and reffing qualifications to help them into all kinds of football careers. We even have a female Club Chair!
We aim to develop players to achieve as much as possible, not just in their football, but as people too. We aim to install confidence in our young women and equip them with the skills to work as a team both on and off the pitch.
